COVID-19 Update

With a new lockdown in place in England, you may be wondering what that means for tradespeople working inside your home.

The government has confirmed that tradespeople can continue to enter other people’s homes to carry out work. That means our CTU Services team can still conduct the installation of CCTV, thermal imaging, wireless alarms and smart TV products.

All of our team will of course be abiding by social distancing guidelines and the new lockdown rules. And, if you feel unsure about us visiting your property at this time, please let our team know. We will do everything we can to protect our customers.

You can check the latest government guidelines here and read our FAQs below. Should you have any further concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

Ask Your Questions

Tradespeople can still work in and around your home and garden. Our team are following government guidelines to keep you, your family and ours safe during this time.

All of our team will keep a 2 metre distance from you and your family while in the property. It is advised to keep areas where tradespeople are working well ventilated to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

It is also advised that you disinfect any surfaces we may have come into contact with as a precaution.

To protect our team we kindly ask that you let us know if you or a member of your family test positive for coronavirus or if you are notified as a contact of someone who tests positive.

We will be unable to complete an installation job on your property if:

  • You or anyone in your household, property or site are self-isolating

Yes, all of our staff are following government guidance but we are still able to respond to any customer service requests as normal to still provide you with an excellent service.
